Water-based discharge underbases for plastisol prints.
Applications:
Underbase for plastisol prints on dischargeable fabrics.
Discharges color from dischargeable 100% cotton fabric.
White can be used as underbase or stand-alone.
Features:
Soft-hand underbase.
Enables overprinting of soft-hand plastisols.
Plastisols can be overprinted with or without flash curing
the underbase.
Stencils: Use only water resistant emulsion.
Mesh: 125-156 t/in.
Cure: 320 degrees F - 90 seconds
Note: Additional purchase of UI-DSPP9ZFS Discharge Agent
necessary to activate discharge process (see technical data
sheet).
