All orders received and processed by 6pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day – guaranteed. For Michigan and Chicago, Il customers*, orders received and processed by 8pm EST will ship the same day. *some portions of Michigan’s upper peninsula are excluded from the 8pm offer. Please ask a CSR for qualifying Chicago zip codes.

Our Shipping Guarantee: we guarantee to ship your order the same day or we take 10% off your merchandise total.

All shipments are UPS Ground Service, FOB Grand Rapids, Michigan, unless customer requests alternate shipping methods.

Mill Direct Orders:

Whispering Pines Sportswear: Orders with these styles received by 5:30pm EST will ship the same day from Pageland, SC.

Hanes/Outer Banks: Products from the mill location in Elizabethtown, KY will ship the same day if the order is received by 4:30pm EST.
