The One Stop VIP program is an annual membership that provides elite status and recognition to our top volume accounts. We appreciate your loyalty to One Stop and the business you do with us and feel you deserve a little extra special treatment to say thank you!

VIP Benefits:

  • Personal Account Representative
    VIP's receive a personal Inside Sales Representative to accomodate your requests and facilitate business needs. (Product recommendations, order deviations, special pricing, special orders, etc.).
  • VIP Calendar with Monthly Free Samples
    At the beginning of the new year, VIP customers receive a colorful Calendar full of monthly opportunities for free samples on select products. Some offers may have limited quantities and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Sales Resource Binder
    The perfect selling tool. A convenient three-ring binder is organized with a personalized copy of the One Stop product catalog, a copy of our breakout catalogs, and swatch cards from our leading mills - - Gildan, Enza, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil, Hanes/Outer Banks, Bella/Alo - for an easy, professional selling presentation.
  • Free Generic Catalogs
    • Blank generic catalogs are available at no cost throughout the year (shipping costs still apply)
    • Free Custom Printed catalogs when pre-ordered by stated deadline.*
      • If not pre-ordered, only the cost of the catalog is covered, not the logo printing.
    • Half off freight costs on all pre-ordered generic catalogs.
    *In September of the current year, eligibility will be determined for all VIP accounts prior to honoring generic pre-orders for the following year (i.e. 2012). Our review must show the account's credit to be within program guidelines and volume within reach of attaining annual volume goal by year end in order to fully quality for the custom printing and free freight benefits.
  • Supply Rewards Program
    VIP's can earn 1 point for every dollar spent on inks, printing tools, embroidery threads, and all other supplies carried at One Stop. For every 500 points earned, a $10 merchandise credit is awarded towards future order at One Stop.
  • Business Rewards Program
    Each VIP will receive FOUR (4) reward opportunities to be used at any time throughout the calendar year. The rewards will be located within the same coupon book as the sample offers. Redeem your rewards at any time within the stated offer dates.
    *Limit one reward redemption per transaction. Business Rewards must be used within the calendar year and will not be carried over if unused.
    Reward Options
    • Free Freight on any size order - excludes white t-shirts, closeouts, and catalog shipments.
      • Valid only on special negotiated pricing if presented prior to the request for a discounted price
      • Not available on special orders
      • Carrier of our choice. Freight costs over $100 may ship truckline vs. standard UPS Ground.
      • Multi-location orders; the FF rewards may be used as long as an $100 minimum is met per drop ship location.
    • No Restock Fee
      • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning the product.
      • There is no limit on the number of pieces returned, but all units returned must have been purchased from One Stop within 45 days prior to the return date. An invoice must be accompanied with the return to indicate date of purchase and amount charged per unit. If the return contains merchandise from multiple orders, corresponding multiple invoices are required in order to qualify for this reward opportunity.
      • Cannot be applied to special orders of products that One Stop does not stock in our primary warehouse.
      • Cannot be applied to the return of excessively large special orders of stocking items that exceed more than standard inventory levels.
      • Customer is responsible for any return freight charges.
    • Net 60 Terms
      • Valid on any single invoice
      • Only one Net 60 invoice may be outstanding at any given time
      • Account balances must be current
      • Late payments on invoices may result in a restriction of further use of this form of reward opportunity
      • One Stop has the right to refuse the use of this reward based on customer payment history
    Your account rep will track the usage of your Business Rewards; however, if you wish to also track the usage of your rewards, a convenient tracking form is included on the opening page of the VIP Calendar.
  • Quaterly Update Letter
    Your rep will keep you informed of your sales volume and credit standing to help keep you on track in keeping your VIP status for the following year.

VIP Membership Criteria:

There are two sets of criteria for becoming a VIP at One Stop: annual purchase volume and good credit standing. Both components must be reached in order to be eligible for VIP status and must be maintained annually in order for VIP membership to be renewed each year.
